Jeff has spent his career focused on enabling advisors and their teams to build successful businesses while helping clients manage their financial future. He has always enjoyed working with advisors to understand what they need to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Oliver Yoon is the Chief Operating Officer at Harness Investment Management and is a founding member of Harness. With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry in Canada, Oliver brings insight, passion and proven experience to provide investment advice to clients. Oliver works alongside our Portfolio Managers in developing model portfolios which are the building blocks for the investment portfolios for clients of Harness. Oliver is dedicated to working with high net worth individuals and families to manage their investment portfolios such that they are able to successfully achieve their goals.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Sini is responsible for the firm’s compliance and risk management programs. She is a dynamic and passionate leader with over 20 years experience across multiple wealth businesses, having managed various high performing teams across capabilities such as sales support, operations and more recently governance & control. Sini is committed to driving business success and innovation through a proactive approach to providing trusted advice in addressing regulatory and risk challenges to solve complex business problems and achieve goals.

Clayton Goodwin is a Portfolio Manager and member of the Portfolio Management Team at Harness. Clayton has achieved his Chartered Investment Manager designation through the Canadian Securities Institute. This, along with multiple years in the investment industry gives him the knowledge to provide expert service and professional advice to his clients.

Dan Kent is a Portfolio Manager and member of the Portfolio Management Team at Harness. He is dedicated to working with individuals and their families to manage their investments to help them achieve their goals. In the past, Dan has managed teams dedicated to growing an innovative platform enabling clients to work with their trusted advisor. He has also held progressive roles in the financial services industry with Raymond James and MCAP. Dan is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and holds a BBA from the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University.

Edwin Choi is a Portfolio Manager with over 10 years of experience in investment management Edwin is a Portfolio Manager with Harness Investment Management. Edwin takes a planning-based approach to structure portfolios, and helps individuals, families, and businesses achieve their goals. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering. He is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of both the CFA institute and Toronto CFA Society.

Keith is a Portfolio Manager and works out of the Vancouver office. With more than 10 years of buy-side investment management experience, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide insight and guidance to clients regarding their investment portfolios.

Matthew specializes in the integration of wealth planning and investment portfolio management. Working with our trusted partners to understand each family's unique situation, he helps ensure the investment portfolio is properly structured to help you achieve your stated goals, with a focus on tax efficiency and risk management. Matthew has spent over 15 years working in wealth management with high-net-worth families and businesses. Matthew is a CFA charterholder since 2019 and also holds a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation.

Suzi is an Associate Portfolio Manager out of the Vancouver office. Having spent her career working with high-net worth individuals and families, Suzi has built her practice by focusing on exceptional client service and building trust with her clients. Prior to joining Harness Investment Management, she specialized in alternative investments, developing and implementing customized portfolios to each client's unique circumstances. Suzi graduated with a B.Mus from McGill University and is a CFA level 3 candidate.

Jérôme has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry spanning various roles in start-ups and established asset and wealth managements companies in Europe and Canada. Jérôme is passionate about enabling Canadian families to reach their financial goals with peace of mind. He is a CFA charterholder, holds a BBA and a MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School, and is currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Shaen is responsible for leading the client service and operations team. Shaen has over twenty-five years in the investment industry, including previous roles in trading, compliance, and operations with Gluskin Sheff, Radin Capital Partners, and Mackenzie Financial. Shaen drives for success in a fast-paced environment coaching and supporting the Advisor Success team.

Laura supports Harness clients and advisors across Canada. Laura brings knowledge from the range of operations and strategy head office roles she has held with more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry. She is driven by doing the right thing for the end investor as it has a positive impact in all aspects of the client journey.
